Bids and Proposals

All Bids and Proposals are electronically released and received through our electronic bidding system “IonWave”.  As legally required all bid/proposal solicitations are advertised in the Legal Notice section of the The Monitor newspaper.  Solicitation documents can only be submitted electronically through IonWave.  Please be reminded that this bid system will automatically stop receiving proposal documents on the listed and advertised due date and time. 

All bids & proposals are opened virtually; a link to the opening is posted on every proposal.  Furthermore, the public can also view all openings in person at the Weslaco ISD Business Office located at 312 W. 5th St., Weslaco, TX 78596, in accordance with the instructions and conditions contained in each solicitation request listed below.
