Budget, Finance, & Accounting Department The Budget, Finance, & Accounting Department is responsible for the coordination and development of the annual budget process and maintaining budget control during the year for all board adopted funds. As a part of the Financial Services division, we strive to work collaboratively within our departments and others to provide efficient and effective support to stakeholders. The Budget, Finance, & Accounting Department is also responsible for the accurate accounting and reporting of all financial transactions of the District.
